Via Grameen Creative Lab:  We are delighted to announce Sing for Hope as the official cultural partner for all summit activities. Concurrently, Grameen Creative Lab is pleased to welcome Sing for Hope Co-Founders Monica Yunus and Camille Zamora to its five-member Board.

Co-Founder and CEO of the Grameen Creative Lab and Founder of the Global Social Business Summit Hans Reitz states, “I believe that the collaboration between Grameen Creative Lab, Global Social Business Summit, and Sing for Hope will bring exponential benefit to all involved, enriching the cultural program of the Summit and harnessing the creativity of the arts sector to inspire the biggest, brightest range of ideas to come to the fore.”

Sing for Hope Co-Founders Monica Yunus and Camille Zamora respond, “We firmly believe in the inclusion of the arts and culture in global convenings centering on social change, and we’ve seen the power of this first-hand. As Sing for Hope continues our international expansion, we are thrilled to partner with Grameen Creative Lab and the Global Social Business Summit to amplify our shared resonance and impact. Furthermore, we are honoured to serve on the Board of Grameen Creative Lab, and we applaud GCL for demonstrating commitment to parity and impact on the Board level, as it does every day in its programs.”

Serving on Sing for Hope Board of Directors are some of the world’s key cultural leaders, including Andrea Bocelli, Plácido Domingo, Renée Fleming, Jon Batiste, Ann Ziff, Damian Woetzel, and 2006 Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus. Sing for Hope’s Artist Partner Roster features artists from almost every artistic discipline: actors, musicians, dancers, choreographers, composers, designers, directors, and more. The dedicated involvement of these Artist Partners allows Sing for Hope a vast scope, reaching millions of people each year.

Therefore, we are thrilled to announce Monica Yunus’ and Camille Zamora’s attendance as speakers at the 9th edition of the Global Social Business Summit. Their relentless work in using culture and arts as a tool for inclusion and education as well as a sign for solidarity is not just an inspiration, but also motivates others to do the same.
