NEW YORK, NY (February 17, 2026) — As the Harlem Fine Arts Show (HFAS) prepared to return to New York City, Sing for Hope (SFH) is proud to detail its role as a featured cultural partner for the festival’s 18th anniversary season. Taking place February 20-22, 2026, at The Glasshouse, this partnership will bridge visual arts, live performance, and community legacy through a shared commitment to the transformative power of the arts and creative collaboration. Aligning with this year’s theme, “Art for Technology; Art as Healing. History as Power. Legacy in Motion,” Sing for Hope will activate the festival with a multisensory experience featuring a world-class anchor Sing for Hope Piano, live artistic creation, and live performances.
Performance Spotlight: The Instrument of Love
Throughout the weekend, attendees are invited to engage with The Instrument of Love, a Sing for Hope Piano created by artist Naderson Saint Pierre. Available for public play, the SFH Piano will also be the centerpiece for a series of high-caliber performances by pianists from Belongó-Afro Latin Jazz Alliance.

Live Painting by Paul Deo: A Creative Legacy for Harlem
In a centerpiece activation, celebrated artist Paul Deo will live-paint a new Sing for Hope Piano on-site at The Glasshouse. This work-in-progress will eventually join the Sing for Hope Pianos NYC: 2026, 25th Anniversary Collection. Following its completion at the SFH Pianos Studio at 28 Liberty, the SFH Piano will return to the Harlem community for a high-visibility public play residency before being permanently placed in a Harlem-based school, hospital, or community center, ensuring the creative energy of the show leaves a lasting impact.
“We are thrilled to work alongside the Harlem Fine Arts Show to celebrate the profound intersection of visual art and music. The arts are a universal language that help bridge our history and our future, acting as a catalyst for progress and human connection,” says Sing for Hope Co-Founder Monica Yunus. Sing for Hope Co-Founder Camille Zamora continues, “Our collaboration with HFAS allows us to foster deep community ties through the Sing for Hope Pianos, and we are honored that these instruments will remain in the community as lasting legacies of hope.”
“The Harlem Fine Arts Show is more than an exhibition; it’s an experience that celebrates creativity as a catalyst for progress,” said Richard E. Pelzer II, Managing Partner and General Manager of HFAS. “HFAS redefines how we see, experience, and value art as a force that heals, connects, and advances us all.”
