Artist Statement: Winged Victory is inspired by our fascination with textures, particularly those occurring in nature and sought after for their unique beauty. We approached the piano with an attempt to capture the myriad facets of the instrument itself: classicism, timelessness, glamour, and a little bit of rock 'n' roll.
