Sing for Hope Celebrates International Women’s Day 2023
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey partnered with Sing for Hope and the Westfield World Trade Center to celebrate International’s Women’s Day on March 8th.
Sing for Hope’s Victoria Paterson organized an all-female, all-star ensemble of musicians called the “Fabulous Five” to perform at Oculus at the World Trade Center. The five instrumentalists featured songs from well-known female musical artists including Adele, Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Katy Perry, Pink, Bjork, Beyond, Taylor Swift, Sia and much more.
Sing for Hope Co-Founder Camille Zamora was also on hand to speak with the Associated Press about the importance for elevating women in music and the arts.
