Artist Statement: New York City is an intoxicating experience. The movement, colors, and sounds of the city come together to create moments so unique they hold a special place for everyone that has experienced it. My design aims to capture this feeling through harmonious bold and bright colors arranged to create a sense of movement to be appreciated in the moment and give the sense that anything is possible.
I am a Miami, FL based artist driven by discovery, motion, and balance. My work consists of improvisational forms, fine details, and patterns made using a bold and harmonious color palette arranged to create a sense of balance amidst chaos and evoke a meditative state in the viewer—inviting them to get lost. With a background in graphic design and illustration, where everything must be created within constraints to achieve a specific tangible goal, my artwork is an unrestrained response with the sole goal of creating something beautiful.
