Artist Statement: Cats at play is a play on words for people at play on the pianos. Sharing good times and playing together.
I have been painting for most of my life, but over the last 15 or more years I have been working with acrylic paints. Over the last several years, I have sold my work at local festivals, juried art shows, and local galleries. I was the poster winner for the 2023 Buckroe Beach improvement league for the Buckroe Art in the Park. I paint mostly abstract paintings with lots of color. I want people to find a connection to my paintings and give them a home. I want to support Sing for Hope. My family has roots in the piano music lesson history and this cause is important to me.
