Artist Statement: I wanted this artwork to open the minds of the community, with each hidden meaning carrying depth. First is the closed eyes with a golden eye in the middle, called “The 3rd Eye,” which represents the mind. The mind then manifests the second meaning—a physical star that shines through both good and bad times, always smiling with self-love. That leads to the third meaning: on each side of the piano, there is a blooming rose reaching upward and a fragile, less energetic rose facing downward. Yet both are a beautiful reflection of progress, each in its own stage, awaiting greatness.
